Ukiyo-e Online: Digitization and Discoveries at the Museum of Fine Arts,
Boston
The talk explaining the task of cataloging over 50,000 prints. Among the
prints put
online are those from the Spaulding collection, which have never been
exhibited. Also shown, some images of prints that have been discovered in
the process
of counting, researching and cataloging. These discoveries will be the basis
of an
exhibition in the spring of 2006.
